As a tour booking website, TourRadar cannot organise visas for you on your behalf as the visa requirements are regularly being updated and vary for the nationality of one traveller to the next. - What is the group size of this tour?
This tour can take up to 16 participants.
- When and where does the tour start?
On Day 1 of the tour, Arctic Adventures offers a pickup service starting at 08:00 am from most major hotels and listed guest houses in the downtown Reykjavik area. They can, unfortunately, not offer a pickup service from private apartments, Airbnb apartments and the airport. If your pick up location is not on the pickup list, then we kindly ask you to find the closest pickup point to your accommodation and inform us where you will be meeting us for the pickup for your tour.
- Is there a hotel list available?
All accommodations stayed in during this tour will be 3+ stars (it varies between days, but none under 3 stars). The accommodation that will be used is a mixture of country hotels and guesthouses.
This is a list of accommodations they typically stay at, but please be advised that exact accommodation and details are re-confirmed at time of booking and are subject to change up to 6 weeks prior to departure.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow guests to join the tour later due to safety reasons.
- Can you assist with booking additional accommodation?
Unfortunately, we cannot book pre/post tour accommodation for you. If you would like to stay an extra day in Reykjavík before or after the tour, you will have to manage the accommodation yourself.
- Does this tour include any exploration of Reykjavik?
No, this tour does unfortunately not include an exploration of Reykjavík. You will be picked up from your hotel or guesthouse accommodation in Reykjavík and dropped off in Reykjavík as well, so you can use your time before or after the tour to explore the city.
- What is the cancellation policy of this tour?
There are no additional cancellation fees! You can cancel the tour up to 60 days prior to the departure date and you will not need to pay the full amount of the tour - but the deposit of 20% is non-refundable. If you cancel via TourRadar the standard cancellation policy applies.
- What does "All ground transportation" refer to?
"All ground transportation" refers to the fact that you will be driven around Iceland for 6 days while you are on the tour.
- Is the Blue Lagoon included in this trip?
Unfortunately, the Blue Lagoon is not included in this tour.
