Our guide, Max, was awesome and he made the trip for me. Max is intelligent, very professional and good fun. The hotel in Chiang Mai was below par and I fed that back to TruTravels. Is this an issue? Well yes: you spend 5 nights there. The free breakfast at the WangBurapa Hotel was awful (and I'm not fussy) and they don't clean the pool. I would have given this trip 5 stars if it wasn't for the WangBurapa Hotel.

There were lots of options to be able to personalize the trip to what we wanted. Zio was very helpful throughout the trip and a fun group leader. He was always fun and welcoming of everyone in the group. The trip was busy and fast paced some days, and other days were more relaxed.

Hoi An Village villas was a jewel, the service was excellent, the area around it a real highlight, especially the local people. Ha long over night boat trip was another wonderful experience. We could have made a week of it, if we were taken to other sights further away. The whole trip was one of the best I’ve done.

Best of Sri Lanka
Best of Sri LankaIt was an ecxellent tour which was way above my expectations. The tour guide, INDIKA, contributed greatlly to my knowledge of Sri Lanka, its culture, its history, and its Buddhist and Hindu heritage. The religious sites of the North and the trecking / hiking in the second half of the tour presented a very good balanse on the whole two weeks experience. It is one of the best tours I have been so far. Thanks INDIKA and Intrepid.

- Cambodia Intro
A memorable 10 days for sure!! As someone who had always wanted to visit Cambodia, my experience with IntroTravel and our guide Seyha exceeded my every expectation. On top of the already well-planned itinerary, Seyha always went above and beyond with recommendations and helped organize additional activities that suited our group’s interests. He took care of our every need throughout the trip as well. 10/10 would recommend both our amazing guide and Intro to anyone thinking about traveling somewhere new!

This was my first time ever travelling without family and it was amazing! One of the best months of my life. Our CEO Tong was brilliant and full of knowledge about where we were going and what we would be doing. He made sure to have enough time for anyone and helped in anyway he could to make things run smoothly for everyone on tour including myself. If you go on this tour, make sure you ask for Tong or (Phanet Tep) as your CEO!

Excellent tour. Knowledgeable and passionate guide. Tour had great value for the money. Great itinerary. I would have probably skipped Hakone and added Hiroshima if it makes sense logistically. Otherwise perfect itinerary.
