Best of Britain (14 Days)We had a wonderful tour with Greg as our guide. He was friendly, fun, knowledgeable, kept us to our timetable and interesting. We learned lots on our trip. Every time he said he was going to show us "something special" he DID! We enjoyed the little "treats" he would use sporadically, to encourage us to be on time or just for fun! There isn't one thing that Greg could have done better. 5 stars for sure.

Britain & Ireland Explorer (Classic, 15 Days)This was an excellent tour. Our travel director, Greg Colgin, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insight on the sites that we visited. He also gave great recommendations on where to eat when we had free time to explore. Greg was also very personable, humorous and patient. We would love to have Greg as a tour director on any future Insight Vacation tours. Our bus driver, Lee, was also excellent. He's a very skilled and safe driver. He also was very friendly.

Britain and Ireland Highlights (10 Days)Very professional company. This tour is more suited for older individuals who don’t like walking around much. I took my 21-year-old and 13-year-old. The long hours spent on the bus was too much for them. They said the tour was “cool@, but not what they considered “fun”.

Her knowledge of all sites we visited was extensive and her communication style was very easy to listen to. The driver Adam was fantastic and negotiated the tour bus like a pro. There was never a time that I did not feel safe or engaged.

Britain and Ireland Delight (Summer, 10 Days)Trip was very good and gave an overall view of the countries. Tour guide was excellent! She gave us background of cities we visited and history of the area. Only criticism I have is that the bus seats were narrow and cramped for leg room. Since we spent so much time riding, improvement in this area would make the trip more enjoyable.

Best of Ireland and Scotland (15 Days)What can I say about a last minute trip of a lifetime! We had the best guide, James Smith, and best driver, Paul. They were organised and professional, calm and skilful at dealing with a bunch of strange personalities; witty and insightful, sharing their life experiences with us; advising and guiding us with the history and the memories of home. Even missing my pickup point, I did not panic or worry. I’m sure James was shocked at receiving a call from Australia. Lucky for me, he picked up! Good to have a backup plan. Ireland and Scotland were everything I wished for. I loved all of it- the driving, excursions, free time, sightseeing, foods, local people, ancient and modern history, Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow, Donegal, Londonderry, Ring of Kerry, Giants Causeway, wall of Remembrance, Good Friday Peace agreement. I learnt about habits, customs, whiskey and shortbread, music, culture, accents and people, Celtic and Viking influences, symbolism and the importance of change and structure affecting our lives. Love the quirkiness too - The idea of Guinness offering a pint of beer for your blood donation is hilarious, doing your exams in Gaelga gives you a 20% advantage; museums and most event places have no entry fees. NB - (1) ensure all travellers have contact details, only for emergency use (updated as to country and location). (2) We would have loved to have a photo with our guide and driver. They were an important part of our experience! A Most enjoyable and memorable Trafalgar trip. I loved the little aside-jaunts and I loved the way James and Paul worked at keeping the journey interesting, well paced, stress less and fun. Highly commended!

The Best of Britain & Ireland
The Best of Britain & IrelandAs far as Holiday Inn hotel is concerned there rooms are atrocious. 17 hour flight and no shower heads on fixed shower and held shower.Tried to get receipt for a massage £40 sorry we don't give them.Door lock on bathroom door falling of.Toilet would not stop running. For £170 a night i have seen bigger shoe boxes.

My first Insight Tour and it was amazing. Scenic tour of the beautiful countryside, towns, and historic sites of England, Scotland, Wales, and Republic of Ireland. Our Travel Director, Greg, was very professional, knowledgeable of the history, culture, food, music, and local 'celebrities'. Greg and our driver (Arthur - the best) worked together as a team, making our trip enjoyable, memorable, and fun. Always courteous, respectful, and conscientious of our time, safety, and well-being. Good job!
