For instance, at Safari Park our group did NOT see any Tigers, cheetahs, of wild cats. Tourist guy kept insisting there are 80 Tigers total. Well we in our car Did NOT see any at All. I then went online in the hotel and Read Reviews and came across several couples Also mentioning in the review they Did NOT see any Tigers even though they went twice in 1 day to Tiger Safari morning and then again in the evening, NO TIGERS. Tourist guy kept showing pictures of Tigers that were taken 15-20 years ago. Not Sure What to Say??!!!

I loved learning about the culture and seeing such beautiful architecture and hearing the wonderful associated stories. The Kite festival was brilliant, our tour guide 'Manu' was helpful and friendly at all times and added a personal touch to our group,he was very knowledgeable. I fully recommend the 'cooking class' in Jaipur and of course the highlight of the tour was the Taj Mahal. All the places we stayed were great except The Hotel Grand Park Inn, Delhi, the staff were lovely but the rooms were cold and damp with mould in the bathrooms, grubby linen and general cleanliness was lacking, as there was no communal area to go sit or meet others, I felt confined to my room, not the best place to start and finish an other wise great trip.

India's Golden TriangleWhilst I had an amazing time during my Golden Triangle Tour, I feel that travellers should be better prepared for the awful sights/smells and sounds that they will encounter in Delhi. I have done charity work in Uganda, Thailand and Cambodia and I thought I was prepared for Delhi, but nothing could have prepared me for the awful deprivation I encountered. That being said, I am glad that I did experience the 'real' Delhi and I also got to see some amazing sights in Jaipur and Agra. I would also like to give 5 stars to our guide, Ajay. He was fantastic. Nothing was too much for him. He was approachable, good humoured and great company throughout.

The tour manager Mr. Amit was very responsive to all my questions and issues prior to the trip and was waiting for us to greet us at the first hotel. Our driver Mr. Vikram was great too. He was very professional and was always on time waiting for us each day. We absolutely loved our local guide in Jaipur. He was so professional, knowledgeable and quick that we felt we were very well taken care of. Now here’s the reason I can’t give 5 stars to this tour. It was the hotel in Jaipur and the local guide in Delhi. The hotel was not up to the standard of 3 stars at all. The bathroom was disgusting, moldy and gross. They called us around 10pm asking us to order room service both nights we stayed. It was the most horrible service that I have ever experienced at any hotels around the world. Now the local guide in Delhi, he made us decide to say goodbye after 3 hours. We never had a problem tipping people at all until the rickshaw ride (which was included in the tour). It was such a turn off moment for us when the guide asked us to tip them 200 for a 200 ride. He was also on the personal phone calls a lot, which made us feel that he really didn’t want to be there at all for us. We had to call it a day.

Golden Triangle Tour with VaranasiThe tour was wonderful overall. The guides were all extremely knowledgeable and they and the drivers were very accommodating. The staff/tour operators were also perfectly responsive in answering all my questions before the tour (and which helped my confidence that I would be in good hands as I chose the tour only after finding tourradar/WTX randomly from a Google search online) as well as perfectly communicative with me during the tour so that I always knew who would be picking me up and when with the drivers’ contact info. always provided, etc. The only complaint I would have was I didn’t care for the frequent inclusion of stops at various shops in the itinerary as I often felt pressure from the shopkeepers to buy some of their items. While I didn’t mind seeing some of their merchandise I would have preferred simply observing that with no pressure to buy anything (unless I asked to) and even though they would typically say there would be no pressure I felt this frequently. In general though the tour was excellent and I was extremely happy with my experience with WTX.

We had an amazing tour and incredible experience with Taj Tours. The whole process from start to finish was well organised. Aahil went out of his way to accommodate our travel plans. Our driver Danish was amazing, he looked after us throughout the tour and we were totally in awe of his driving skills on the crazy Indian roads. He was always on time and had a great sense of humour. Our 3 guides in Delhi, Agra & Jaipur were extremely knowledgeable, allowing us to get an insight into the history of the sights we visited. We would definitely recommend Taj Tours. Special thanks to Aahil & Danish!!
