People were amazing in Greece, the food and hospitality shown us was fantastic! All of our transfers happened without a hitch, the caldera tour is Santorini was enjoyable! I’d recommend this tour!

Bewitching Greece with All Inclusive beach stayThe best part of the tour was the communication with Rose, Wendy, Sam and Alberto. The promptness, clarity and helpfulness in their communication was impressive. Their role in organising transport etc was commendable. Many good wishes for their good work! My suggestions for some other aspects: 1. If a person opts for a group tour, at least inform them in advance that it will be not be a group tour if it so happens, rather than leaving it to them to discover when they find themselves alone on reaching the destination. 2. Select your hotels carefully keeping in mind that your customers are paying you money to have an enjoyable tour experience that a tourist looks for. If you give a hotel which is located at a completely secluded place and does not offer even the basic facilities, it spoils a tourist's experience to a large extent. 3. Prepare a standard guiding document for your various tours, like many good tour companies do. This type of document includes helpful suggestions on what to expect, what to pack, what kind of weather, what precautions to take, currency suggestions, location and shopping scenarios etc. If you have a ready and comprehensive document like this, you can share it with all your customers for a particular tour well in time. This will avoid their having to ask many questions individually. Good luck. Madhavi

The Labyrinth of CreteFrom the booking staff from tourradar to the staff from Greece Katerina were excellent, what ever questions I had were answered right away. Reception staff from the hotel especially Chrisoula were great and the waiter George was excellent. I would recommend tourradar.

Exploring Crete
Exploring CreteThe tours were great. I really felt like I explored Crete and got my money’s worth. I did not appreciate the quality of the hotel. I upgraded to a “superior” category of hotel and the room they put me in was trash. Felt like I was sleeping on a table and the room itself was in disrepair. I talked to the tour radar rep and instead of helping me improve the situation he told me that I was told about this weeks ago and left it at that. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I ended up talking with the hotel front desk and upgraded to a better room and I was happy.

Greek Island Hopper (10 Days)The tour was quite a good mix of organised and leisure time, but the last day could have been managed better. We arrived at Oia about half an hour before sunset, had no direction as to where to see the sunset from, and no time to experience this beautiful town. Very dissapointed in that.

Sailing Greece - Santorini to MykonosGreat country, excellent tour leader but very poor comfort...so think about it twice before taking the tour, little space in a boat, no real shower...and I won't comment the toilets. ..and in august, it's very windy so you will never be able to relax in the deck..just watch the others being sick...Just so you know.....but the country is nice and worth exploring.

Sail Greece: Santorini to MykonosWe had a great time meeting lots of new friends who all got on from many nationalities. At a restaurant one evening another group asked if we were a family which is how we ended up but without the disputes! Our skipper, Rita displayed wonderful leadership & sailing skills telling many interesting stories. Twice we has difficult dockings in strong crosswinds & other boats were messing it up big time but Rita nailed it both times & I was informed she received applause at Mykonos from the people on the dock. She also spent lot of time producing a video of our trip that she gave to us all. If your other CEO’s are half as good as her you have a very good team. Sailing Greece - Mykonos to MykonosWe had an excellent skipper, Martin, who is very attentive and accommodating to our needs and requests. Despite having to handle a boat that's falling apart (shower pump not working, cupboard door falling off, non functioning a/c, sound system, auto pilot and winch, just to name a few). The boat that we had is slightly bigger and it is a beautiful old classic Greek sailboat. Everyone had a go at steering the boat and Martin is always ready with answers with regards to sailing, Greece and the islands. On top of that, the sailing route that Martin has planned, recommendations for sightseeing, relaxing, swimming and dinners were great! The trip was well paced and we had enough time to check out the recommended places, food at the dinners were delicious! Martin even went a step further by planning a birthday celebration for one of the passengers, it was such a fun night and an awesome way to wrap up the trip. Martin and the awesome combination of passengers managed to make this a very memorable trip. This is such a great day to see Greece in a short time.

Did the 10 day sailing trip around greece! Had an amazing time. Lots of time spent on the boat, beautiful swimming spots and a great way to spend a short time at lots of islands. Spent most of the day out on the water and afternoon/nights exploring different greek islands. We had the most amazing skippers (George and Orestis). They mad the trip so fun and we’re full of information about Greece and the history. Definitely recommend this trip! Best skippers ever!
