The CEO was excellent ..good driver, good communicator, had good knowledge of the local attractions and made great recommendations for restaurants. The group we were with was also a very pleasant group which made the experience that much more enjoyable. That said, would have loved to see the accommodations updated.. most except the Denali cabins were old and "weathered".

Alaska: Ocean Wildlife to Interior Wilderness Adventure - 9 DaysTime flies when you're having fun. Me and my daughter had an excellent time on this trip. 11 days seems like a long time but with so much to do, it flew by. We were able to see parts of Alaska that few get the opportunity to see. There were plenty of wildlife encounters including the Brown Bears, Moose, Eagles, Caribou, fox, lynx, whales, and swans. Adam and Daniel were accommodating to be sure we got the full experience of what we wanted to do. The hotels and cabins were perfectly fine with no problems. The excursion started with us being picked up at the Anchorage Airport, settling into the hotel and a nice dinner overlooking the ship river. the next morning a drive down the Seward highway, a bush plane flight to Lake Clark Ntl Park to the Great Bear Lodge (great view of the volcano Mt Iliamna). Excursions to the beach to watch the brown bears dig clams, there are plenty of bears to see. After the flight out, it was 2 nights in Seward, we opted for deep sea fishing and caught 2 halibut, 4 rockfish each as well as breaching whales 100 yards from the boat. Next was a relaxing (napping) ferry ride to Val Dez. What happens in Val Dez, stays in Val Dez. The following morning was the drive to McCarthy where we toured the Kennicot mine and river rafted. Finally a drive to Denali and a bus tour through the park where we watched bear, moose, caribou, eagles and so on. Mt. Denali was shrouded in clouds so we did not see the peak this trip. This tour is great to be able to see the diverse areas of Alaska. If anything, I would have liked to spend another day in Seward, Val Dez, and Denali but there certainly are time restraints. We began our trip in Fairbanks for 3 days on our own, which is also a great area to visit. I would highly recommend this tour.

Alaska Kenai & Denali AdventureRachel is great, so well organized, patient, no friction at all between her and the group. The tour was exactly what I expected with regard to activities and pace. Of course, it was superb that we saw Denali two full days, but it was even a good time in the rain. I will probably travel with G Adventures again.

Hike Alaska: Valdez and Wrangell St EliasIt was a very fun and adventuresome trip. The tour guide was well organized and hard working. The only problem was one of the camp sites was pretty primitive compared with the "KOA-style" campgrounds advertised by the company.

If you are prepared for simple but delicious food, sleeping in a sometimes wet or cold tent that you put up and take down, washing dishes and helping to load unload the bus, squatting in the brush/going days without a shower, and experiencing a variety of personalities, this will be the most memorable trip you ever take! The whole experience was amazing and certainly a bucket list adventure I wouldn’t have wanted to do any other way! Nature's Best: AlaskaOur Tour guide, Wayne, was fantastic! He went above and beyond; to make sure we were comfortable on the bus and on the tours! He also got us as close as he could when there were animal sightings! Lane, our driver, was also an excellent driver; and he kept us safe on the narrow and winding Mountain roads! 4 day Alaska Seward Camping Adventure from AnchorageBest Alaska Seward tour! We enjoyed this 4-day tour with Bindlestiff - out on the Kenai Peninsula. This tour has everything from hiking, kayaking, boat rides - and of course visiting the cool town of Seward. Our camp spot was great - overlooking Resurrection Bay. We lucked out with great weather - and just a little bit of rain. Our guide was awesome!! She knew all the spots for great photos, pull-outs for lunch stops, the most delicious coffee shops in town - and how to deal with the unruly mosquitos you hear about in AK (this is a real thing). This is our 3rd trip to Alaska - checking off a new corner every time we visit, such a HUGE and stunning state! So much to see! We are so happy that we decided to camp, and stay in one location for 4 days. This tour was perfect! Bindlestiff really does a great job - balancing free time, included activities, meals (fun to cook at camp!) and eating out along with optional activities. We will definitely be back to Alaska - and we will definitely travel with Bindlesitff again.

Alaska Kenai Adventure 9 DaysThis was such an amazing adventure that it is hard to describe. You may be asking yourself if this trip is right for me? Here are some thoughts. Can you be cooperative; help out and pitch in as needed? Are you flexible and can handle changes in plans? Can you handle being in wet clothing for a few hours while being distracted by the most glorious scenery? Do you get along with most people? Can you let someone else "take the wheel" so you can enjoy the ride? Do you enjoy group meals while sitting on a beach or overlooking a bay? If you said yes to most questions, you can totally "do" this trip. If you have ever camped in a campground or taken a scout troop camping, you can do this trip! There were moments I was a bit out of my comfort zone, but every moment was worth it. I met some very interesting and fun people. Dave, Natalie and Carolina are so professional and so know what what they are doing. It was just the right amount of down time and they showed us really amazing sights you would never get on a cruise or a large group. The small group makes the exprience even more special. Alaska has so much to offer and everything is beautiful. You have a lot of choices but nothing this unique. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. He also shared wonderful photos of all the animals we saw. Bear Mountain Lodge was the highlight of the tour. I couldn't believe how many bears we saw and how close we got to them. It was awesome!
