USA – Best of WA – North Cascades Olympic Mount Rainier National ParksThe itinerary, hikes and activities were great. The best feature of the hotel in Seattle was location. The quality of the hotels went from bad to worst. On the one we stayed the last two nights there was not even soap, we had to go and ask for it and almost beg for shampoo, they also just gave us one key for a double room, There was always a sense of improvisation and lack of communication. The guide tried his best to save the day, every day. We would arrive tired and hungry and most places were closed already. The guide on the last day went out of his way to deliver participants to their destinations, not just the airport but the train station, etc. that was greatly appreciated, his energy, enthusiasm and driving skills made of this a Good trip. There is a lot of room for improvement.

National Parks Winter Tour
National Parks Winter TourMy 14 y.o. and I had such a terrific time on this 3-day group tour from Vegas to the Grand Canyon, Zion, and the Navajo Nation. Hogan was a great guide - friendly, approachable, helpful. The absolute highlight of this trip was Antelope Canyon. It was magical beyond words. Then Monument Valley, also within the Navajo (Dine) Nation was incredible. Another highlight was morning at the Watchtower at the Grand Canyon - ours were the first steps in the overnight snow dusting, and the morning was magical. Bindlestiff had set up solid accommodations, great lunches, support of local businesses, suggested good hikes, and arranged for terrific side tours. Hogan's commentary and driving were exemplary. If there is one thing I wish for more on this - more of the complex history.

Magnificent West – 8 daysVielen Dank an Roberto und Lorenzo für die umfangreichen Informationen und schönen Stopps. Leider war die Tour nur auf englisch und französisch. Es war nicht ersichtlich, dass man explizit einen deutschen Tourguide buchen muss. Da wir 2 Zimmer gebucht hatten, gab es leider auch einige Probleme und Missverständnisse. Das Barbecue mit den Navajos fiel wegen Corona leider ersatzlos aus. Das Frühstück in Las Vegas ebenfalls, dafür bekamen wir aber pro Tag und Person 10 Dollar zurückerstattet. Die Hotels entsprachen im Schnitt 2 - 3 Sternen. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Rundreise mit vielen tollen Erlebnissen.

Best of the West (12 Days)The tour was good, the destination highlights were amazing! The hotels were good, but sometimes outside towns so there was nothing to do and not much choice for food- a bit disappointing. Breakfast not included. The guide was good, driver amazing! There was a lot of extras to choose from, so spent more than originally anticipated this will cost, especially with tips!

Magnificent West - 7 Days
Magnificent West - 7 DaysExcellent tour stops and well worth the views. Plentiful bathroom and snack breaks, but the bus ride is long. However you cover 4 wonderful states, a drive I'd never do on my own. Edwardo was excellent tour guide and Roberto was nice but not as informative. Each hotel was clean and comfortable. Most offered a free hot breakfast. I recommend the tour and think it's a good value.

- Hawaiian Discovery (11 Days)
It was a good trip. We saw a lot in all 4 islands, the accommodations in the hotels in Hawaii, Maui and Kauai were fantastic. The hotel in Honolulu (Twin Fin) was in need of updating. The location was good and the food good, but the room was without a chair and was a little seedy. The excursions we went on were fabulous. Loved going from island to island but were disappointed that no accommodations were made to get back from some of the excursions. We were not comfortable with having to find a cab to get back from whale watching or the sunset cruise and elected not to go. There should also be recommendations made for getting to the hotel from the airport and help with getting back to the airport at the end of the trip. All in all, a very good trip, good sights, good food and the group on the tour were wonderful.
